📋 Description

• Commission and maintain our heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service rota with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible • Help drive sustainable energy solutions forward

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigeration handling certificate • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • High customer focus • Willingness to travel
