📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to heating contractors by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota to assist customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions in the Leipzig region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC/plumbing technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is an advantage • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
