📋 Description

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating business customers by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your service region • Participating in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as an SHK plant mechanic (sanitary/heating/air-conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualification as a master craftsman or certified technician • Professional experience in field/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology • Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 certificate advantageous • Valid Category B driving licence • Good command of German, both written and spoken
