📋 Description

• Carry out service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg region according to schedules prepared by our dispatch team • Diagnose faults and perform commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps • Document service activities in the company’s IT system • Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month • Provide on-site customer support and ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems throughout the region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or comparable) as an installer, building services technician, or heating technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field • Good spoken and written German • Basic IT skills • Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
