📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating contractors, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in the technical field service across the broader region of your assignment • Assume on-call duty to provide rapid assistance to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• You are technically proficient, enjoy working on heating solutions, and demonstrate strong customer orientation and willingness to travel • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plumbing/HVAC installer), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician • Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) • Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is advantageous • Valid driving license (Class B) • Good German language skills, spoken and written
