📋 Description

• Carrying out service visits in the Graz region according to schedules prepared by our dispatch team • Diagnosing faults and malfunctions • Commissioning, servicing, and repairing oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps • Documenting service assignments in the company’s IT system • Participating in on-call duty outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month • Providing on-site customer support and advice • Ensuring that heating systems in the region operate safely and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (apprenticeship, technical college, specialized secondary school, or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or in a comparable field • Professional experience in customer service, such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, HVAC, or another technical profession • Good written and spoken German • Basic IT skills • Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
