📋 Description

• Carry out scheduled service visits in the Upper Austria and Salzburg regions as planned by the dispatch team • Diagnose faults and malfunctions • Commission, maintain, and repair oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps • Document service activities in the company’s IT system • Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month • Provide on-site customer support and advice • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems in the region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or comparable qualification) as an installer, building services technician, heating technician, or similar • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field • Good written and spoken German • Basic IT skills • Strong technical aptitude and a strong customer focus
