📋 Description

• Commission and maintain heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site • Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participate in on-call duty to assist customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic specializing in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus, technical aptitude, and willingness to travel
