📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented technical support to our customers and heating contractors, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Provide technical assistance to your field service colleagues across the wider area of your service region • Take on on-call duties to ensure rapid assistance to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., Anlagenmechaniker SHK (HVAC systems installer), Mechatronics technician for refrigeration, Electronics technician for energy and building services, or Electrician/Electrical installer; ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician • Professional experience in field service/customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation systems • Possession of an F-gas certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 certification is advantageous • Valid driving license class B • Good written and spoken German
