📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota to assist customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
