📋 Description

• Develop detailed program plans; managing resources and dependencies across products, platforms and regions, ensuring successful execution. • Lead, motivate and mentor program and project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met. • Monitor program and project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership and executives. • Identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans to ensure program/project success. • Perform project quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure CST project management standards are maintained. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, reports, proposals, change requests and meeting minutes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in project or program management • 3+ years of experience in software development and release train engineering • Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.). • Familiarity with project management processes (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) • PMP certification is a plus. • Strong team management skills • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills • Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international • Can navigate competing priorities, sometimes conflicting priorities • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee programs, projects and meet with stakeholders. • Strong project management tool knowledge and practical application experience • Strong project management skills with ability to think ahead, anticipate potential problems, and proactively drive project execution • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release train process.
