📋 Description

• Manages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements. • Develops knowledge of products. • Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems. • Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems. • May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role. • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license
