📋 Description

• Complete Remote Video Assessments and generate reports using a purpose-built digital app • Apply automotive expertise across retail and business clients and a wide range of motor vehicles • Contact customers to book Remote Video Assessments • Liaise with owners, sellers, and buying customers regarding assessment reports • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls • Monitor booking progress throughout the day • Anticipate and resolve issues to achieve the best customer outcomes and turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry is desirable, ideally with a large range of motor vehicles or caravans • Proactive, can-do work ethic and results-driven mindset • Customer-centric approach and commitment to exceptional customer service • High-level attention to detail • Fault-finding experience • Familiarity with Apple iOS and Android systems is desirable • Ability to work autonomously and add value during quiet periods • Precise data entry skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Initiative, problem-solving, and ability to think on your feet • Full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis • Successful candidates must undergo a National Police Record check
