📋 Description

• Handle data subject requests, such as data access and deletion requests, analyzing each request in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and internal procedures • Manage the actions required to fulfill requests, including documenting cases and responding to data subjects • Conduct and maintain an up-to-date mapping of the company’s personal data • Assist with interviews with leaders and business teams to understand data flows and processing activities • Record and monitor data processing activities and the related actions in the ROPA • Support business teams with privacy and data protection matters • Support the assessment of risks related to the processing of personal data • Contribute to the development and enhancement of privacy processes, controls, and tools • Use and help enhance Privacy Management and data privacy and protection tools • Support the advancement of Cartpanda’s privacy program, making its controls and processes increasingly active and integrated into operations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience with Brazil’s LGPD and personal data protection, including work on privacy programs, data subject requests, data mapping and processing activities, risk assessments, and support for business teams • Experience with Privacy Management tools or platforms • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate English, particularly for reading and writing • Knowledge of or experience with GDPR is a plus • Experience in technology, fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus • Experience working in environments involving large volumes of personal or sensitive data is a plus • A law degree is a plus • Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for work are essential for this remote position
