📋 Description
• Drafting various pleadings (initial petitions, defenses, appeals, challenges, submissions, etc.). • Daily monitoring and handling of deadlines/tasks assigned to you in the internal system. • Updating client systems and issuing procedural/payment forms. • Attempting settlements and negotiating to close cases. • Direct contact with clients to gather information and clarify doubts. • Participating in and conducting hearings and preparing reports. • Document organization and support in administrative routines of the department. • Participation in internal meetings and active contribution to continuous improvement of workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree. • Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (required). • At least 1 year of experience in mass civil litigation. • Proficiency with main judiciary systems (PJe, e-SAJ, administrative systems, etc.).

• 1% monthly bonus on the contract (variable).
