📋 Description

• Act as a first point of contact for colleagues across casavi, helping identify and articulate promising AI use cases and assess where AI can create value • Co-develop practical AI solutions, including prompts, workflows, AI productivity tools, integrations and process redesign • Work with Langdock, Gemini, Atlassian AI (Rovo), and other approved AI tools • Test, iterate and document solutions in line with casavi’s AI adoption framework and approved tools • Support teams in adopting new ways of working • Gather feedback and help shape casavi’s AI-driven future • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and stakeholders across all units

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Management & Technology or a related field • Strong builder mentality and hands-on approach • Comfortable experimenting, testing and improving approaches • First-hand experience using or experimenting with AI tools in studies or personal projects • Experience with Langdock, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar tools is welcome • Reliable and accountable, taking ownership of responsibilities • Comfortable building relationships across onsite and remote teams • Able to work with different personalities in a remote, fast-paced environment • Able to work independently and navigate ambiguity • German language skills at B2 level, written and spoken • Very good command of English at C1 level, written and spoken • Application documents must be submitted in English • CV, earliest start date and salary expectation required
