📋 Description

• Further development of BCM (Business Continuity Management) • Preparation of BCM documentation (policies, manuals, processes, etc.) • Conducting Business Impact Analyses • Creation of business continuity, recovery and restart plans • Supporting business units with process documentation and process design • Establishing a crisis management team process and communications planning

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in BCM, Risk Management or internal control systems (ICS), ideally in the financial sector, a regulated tech environment or consulting • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of BCM (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BSI 200-4) • Hands-on mentality • Interest and motivation to drive initiatives from inception through to implementation • Business-fluent German and English
