📋 Description

• Assume the CFO role in one of the newly founded portfolio companies • Develop and implement the financial strategy • Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting and cash management • Analyze and evaluate investment and financing projects • Secure equity and debt financing and implement capital measures • Actively shape the business model • Drive rapid growth through two to four acquisitions per year • Ensure successful integration of new acquisitions • Build and maintain business relationships with banks, investors and other external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership presence with a clear intent to assume entrepreneurial responsibility • Several years of experience in a senior finance role at a corporate group or a medium-sized company • Solid knowledge of financial accounting, risk management and tax law • High level of commitment, hands-on mentality and a drive for continuous development • Confident, persuasive and respectful communication in business-fluent (negotiation-level) German and English
