📋 Description

• Design, administer, and optimize IBM Power Systems environments. • Design and implement PowerVM virtualization architectures. • Configure and manage: Micro-partitioning (LPARs), Virtual I/O Server (VIOS), Active Memory Expansion (AME), Shared Processor Pools, NPIV (N_Port ID Virtualization). • Perform AIX performance tuning and capacity planning. • Monitor and analyze system performance using tools such as: nmon, nmon Analyzer, lparstat, lpar2rrd, Equivalent performance monitoring tools. • Deploy and manage IBM PowerSC security solutions and hardening initiatives. • Support infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects. • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. • Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience administering IBM Power Systems and AIX environments. • Strong hands-on experience with: IBM Power Systems, AIX Administration, PowerVM, VIOS, NPIV, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning. • Experience deploying and managing IBM PowerSC. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Fluent in French. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within distributed engineering teams.
