📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the IBM Guardium implementation project. • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resource planning. • Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams, and client representatives. • Organise governance meetings and ensure effective project communication. • Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress. • Produce regular project status reports and executive updates. • Ensure project execution aligns with organisational security policies and governance standards. • Design and implement IBM Guardium Data Protection architecture. • Deploy, configure, and optimise IBM Guardium solutions across enterprise environments. • Implement and manage: Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) Data Security Policies Compliance Reporting Vulnerability Assessment. • Integrate IBM Guardium with SIEM platforms and existing security ecosystems. • Conduct solution validation, testing, and performance optimisation. • Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training. • Provide expert guidance on database security best practices and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects. • Proven hands-on experience delivering IBM Guardium Data Protection implementations. • Demonstrated experience successfully managing similar IBM Guardium projects between 2021 and 2025 . • Strong understanding of enterprise database security principles and data protection frameworks. • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed technical teams. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills. • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory. • English communication skills are advantageous.
