📋 Description
• Deploy, configure, and manage Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient (VPN). • Administer and support network security infrastructure across multiple environments. • Design and implement secure network architectures based on customer requirements. • Perform firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, and access control management. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security incidents. • Implement and maintain VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN). • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and remediation. • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) as applicable. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver secure and scalable solutions. • Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotation if required. • Maintain accurate technical documentation and change management records.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of experience in network/security engineering roles. • Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall configuration & troubleshooting. • Strong hands-on experience with FortiManager & FortiAnalyzer. • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). • Solid understanding of VLANs, NAT, VPNs. • Solid understanding of network security principles. • Experience managing large-scale or enterprise networks. • Proficiency in log analysis and incident troubleshooting. • Familiarity with cloud security (Azure/AWS) is an advantage. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
