📋 Description

• Design and deliver enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions. • Lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution design. • Define scalable, secure, and maintainable SharePoint architectures. • Establish governance, security, compliance, and operational best practices. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. • Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment strategies. • Design integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure Services, Power Platform, and external enterprise systems. • Develop architecture standards, design patterns, and technical documentation. • Lead SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives to SharePoint Online. • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. • Strong hands-on SharePoint architecture and development experience within the last 12 months. • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise SharePoint Online solutions. • Strong expertise in: • SharePoint Online • SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • CSOM • .NET / C# • Microsoft Graph API • Azure Integration Services • Power Platform • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID • Experience leading cloud transformation and SharePoint migration projects. • Strong understanding of Information Architecture, Governance, Security & Compliance, Enterprise Search, Records Management, and Collaboration Platforms. • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Power Platform Solution Architect are highly desirable. • Experience working within consulting, professional services, or enterprise environments is an advantage. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and technical leadership skills. • Must be able to demonstrate recent hands-on development experience and discuss architecture decisions, governance, integrations, and development best practices during technical interviews.
