📋 Description

• Configure, coordinate, and manage Cisco Secure Network Analytics infrastructure, including Flow Collectors, Flow Sensors, and Management Consoles • Process and analyze NetFlow, IPFIX, and sFlow data to maintain dynamic baselines of normal network behavior • Monitor network traffic and identify and prioritize security events, including lateral movement, data exfiltration, and command-and-control traffic • Integrate Cisco SNA data with Cisco XDR and/or third-party SIEM/SOAR platforms • Lead forensic investigations into network anomalies and support root-cause analysis • Perform SNA health checks, capacity tracking, software upgrades, and system maintenance • Tune detection rules and policies to improve threat detection and suppress false positives • Monitor behavioral baselines and network analytics for abnormal or suspicious activity • Troubleshoot Cisco SNA infrastructure and resolve technical and security-related issues • Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and client teams • Maintain technical documentation and change management records • Provide L2/L3 technical support and contribute to security operations activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ICT/telecommunications, focused on enterprise network security operations • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA) / Stealthwatch • Hands-on administration experience with Cisco SNA/Stealthwatch, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Firewalls • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching protocols, network traffic analysis, and network security principles • Strong experience with NetFlow, IPFIX, and sFlow • Experience with network threat detection, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection • Experience integrating security analytics with Cisco XDR, SIEM, and SOAR platforms • Knowledge of lateral movement, data exfiltration, command-and-control traffic, and other network-based security threats • Experience conducting forensic investigations and root-cause analysis of network anomalies • Experience with system health checks, capacity tracking, software upgrades, and rule tuning • CCN5 / CCNA / CCNP or relevant Cisco security specialization credentials • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to explain complex security analytics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
