📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end financial accounting process, ensuring precision in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. • Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting to support long-term business goals. • Design and implement scalable financial systems and internal controls that enhance efficiency. • Manage tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory requirements to keep the business ahead of the curve. • Collaborate across departments to provide financial clarity and support data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably including time at a public accounting firm. • Strong technical accounting background: you're comfortable with topics such as revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606), ESOP accounting, accruals, deferred expenses. • Exposure to FP&A responsibilities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis. • Advanced Google Sheets and/or Excel skills; you build formulas and automate workflows, not just fill in cells. • Nice to have: Dutch language skills. • Knowledge of Dutch GAAP. • Chartered Accountant (RA/ACA/ACCA) qualification, or actively working towards one.
