📋 Description

• Participate in hiring and staff management for the Data QA team • Manage operational tasks for the Data QA team and provide support on technical and non-technical items to team members • Oversee and administer onboarding and staff training for the QA team • Lead the Data QA involvement on cross-departmental projects, directly interacting with other departments working on the projects, stakeholders, and management • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on various datasets and support other Catalist teams on usage of those datasets • Serve as the primary resource for investigating and communicating anomalies in Catalist data across the management team

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA in a technical field, or relevant experience • Experience working within teams of varying technical abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (large data sets, formulas, graphs, and pivot tables) • Experience with SQL, Python, or other relational database programming language and shell scripting • Background check required
