⢠Drive sales of the Cat Command remote-control portfolio throughout Europe ⢠Lead sales activities among dealers, Caterpillar business units, and customers ⢠Conduct customer site studies covering applications, networks, and infrastructure ⢠Assess product fit and collect customer requirements ⢠Coordinate Cat Command demonstrations and commissioning with dealers and Caterpillar teams ⢠Support demo setup and basic troubleshooting ⢠Deliver targeted training to dealer teams and customers ⢠Build dealer capability for product adoption and ongoing use ⢠Monitor market needs and technology changes ⢠Support product sales, dealer effectiveness, new product introduction processes, and market requirements ⢠Communicate product and market information to product groups ⢠Participate in marketing strategy
⢠University degree preferably in engineering, business or marketing, or equivalent experience ⢠10+ years of extensive commercial experience in dealer- and/or customer-facing positions ⢠Background in dealership or OEM environments ⢠Strong product and application knowledge ⢠Ability to maintain productive, long-term client or vendor relationships ⢠Ability to deliver clear and effective communications and public presentations ⢠Value-selling ability to translate offerings into dollarized customer benefits ⢠Negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders ⢠Regional construction, quarry, industrial, waste, and/or mining industry expertise ⢠Previous multinational-company and global-team experience ⢠Strong technical experience in machine control and guidance, machine technology systems, and industrial networks ⢠At least 50% travel across the assigned territory ⢠Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss citizenship or EU-25/EFTA citizenship required
