📋 Description
• Assisting customers via phone, email, chat, and social media • Handling pre-sales questions and basic technical troubleshooting • Adapting the brand's 'voice' to provide a helpful, human experience • Escalating complex issues to higher-tier support when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Native Danish speaker • English B2 level • Technical support experience or background in troubleshooting (preferred) • Strong communication skills • Ability to stay organized while working remotely

• €7.23 net meal allowance per working day • Relocation support with flight reimbursement • Option of a room in a shared apartment for €280/month (deducted from payslip) • Health Insurance included after 6 months of employment • Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial period
