📋 Description
• Provide customer service and assistance to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards • Troubleshoot customer queries and offer reliable solutions • Complete paid onboarding and training
🎯 Requirements
• Native or C1/C2 fluent Dutch, written and spoken • Strong command of English is a plus • Must be based in or able to work remotely from continental Portugal • Excellent communication skills • Customer-oriented mindset • Strong problem-solving abilities • Availability for full-time training upon joining
