📋 Description

• Provide support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues • Guide users through platform features and functionality • Ensure an excellent customer experience at every interaction • Gather customer feedback to support service improvements • Support members and provide a seamless streaming experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level) • Previous customer support experience is a plus • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday
