📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat • Troubleshoot order issues, account management requests, billing questions, and service interruptions using internal CRM systems • Resolve challenging situations by offering clear explanations, alternative options, and active listening • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticketing outcomes in internal databases • Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across e-commerce, fintech, travel, and other sectors

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) • Good working knowledge of English (B2) • Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit with active NIF and NISS • Quiet, private home office setup • High-speed internet with direct Ethernet connection • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong active listening, patience, and adaptability to new software systems • Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience is an advantage • Full paid training is provided • Must already reside in Portugal or hold full legal authorization to work locally
