📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German • Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate complex cases to appropriate teams • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory • Good command of English for internal communication • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends • Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
