📋 Description

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training programs for new employees • Conduct product, process, systems, and customer service training • Organize refresher sessions and ongoing development activities • Coach employees and provide constructive, actionable feedback • Evaluate training progress through assessments and performance monitoring • Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training solutions • Maintain and update training materials as processes evolve • Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, and Operations to improve performance • Track training results and prepare relevant reports

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or above) • Previous experience as a Trainer, Coach, Senior Agent, or similar role within a BPO/customer service environment • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills • Confident delivering training to groups and individuals • Good understanding of customer service processes and KPIs • Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate others • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and digital learning platforms • Positive, proactive, and people-oriented approach
