📋 Description
• Handle technical support inquiries • Handle billing and account inquiries • Work on sales, renewals, upselling and customer retention • Support customers with mobile and fiber services for Salt, a Swiss telecommunications provider
🎯 Requirements
• French: C1/native • English: B2 • Customer support, technical support or sales experience preferred • Willingness to work rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00 • Initial contract: 12 months
🏖️ Benefits
• Sales bonus: up to €900 gross/quarter • Productivity bonus: up to €240/month • Relocation support provided • Flight ticket home after every 6 months of completed tenure • Salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years
