📋 Description

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with order tracking, product inquiries, billing questions, and subscription updates • Investigate customer concerns • Process replacements or refunds • Deliver effective first-contact resolution • Guide users through platform navigation, account recovery, and basic product troubleshooting • Maintain an approachable, helpful, and high-quality tone aligned with brand standards • Update customer records, resolution steps, and service tickets using enterprise support software • Represent leading international brands while assisting Italian consumers via phone, live chat, and email

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2-level Italian • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) • Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece • Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece • Resident in or relocating to Greece • Quiet, private workspace • Stable high-speed internet connection • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong active listening • Comfort navigating multi-screen digital tools
