📋 Description

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with order tracking, product inquiries, billing questions, and account settings • Investigate customer concerns and process returns or refunds • Deliver effective first-contact resolution with professional empathy • Guide users through platform navigation, app settings, and basic product troubleshooting • Maintain an approachable, helpful, and high-quality tone aligned with international brand standards • Log customer interactions, resolution steps, and service tickets using enterprise support software • Represent leading international brands while assisting Spanish consumers via live chat, email, and phone

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2-level Spanish • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1) • Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece • Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece • Quiet, private workspace • Stable high-speed internet connection • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Active listening skills • Comfort navigating multi-screen digital tools
