📋 Description

• Monitor transaction information for fraud trends • Run regular data reports and identify high-risk patterns • Complete detailed fraud analysis across a variety of business models • Develop and implement strategies to reduce client risk levels • Communicate with clients via email and phone • Schedule follow-ups and track progress for clients previously reviewed for high-risk levels • Analyze client account sales by researching marketing trends, decline rates, and consumer contact reasons • Coordinate with other departments to reduce chargebacks and determine risk levels • Monitor daily fraudulent activity through reports and analyses • Investigate complaints regarding client operations • Keep informed of company and departmental policies

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent education • Ability to be inquisitive in seeking out and understanding risk in the company’s systems • Ability to be self-motivated and exhibit a high degree of professionalism • Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues appropriately • General knowledge of basic internet technologies • Intermediate proficiency with current web browsers, Microsoft Word, and Excel • Ability to retain and reapply information learned during day-to-day interactions with supervisors and management • Ability to operate independently without constant supervision • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 2-10PM
