📋 Description
• 100% remote with oversight of telehealth and in-person sessions • Carry a real caseload and supervise RBTs and student analysts • Run caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups • Minimum 30 clinical hours per week with 90% utilization expectation
🎯 Requirements
• Active BCBA certification • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience • Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment • Adapt supervision to the person in front of you • Pursue evidence-based practice independently • Manage time and documentation without being chased • Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership • Passes background check
