• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the Cards portfolio aligned to company KPIs and customer needs. • Define, prioritise, and ship features that improve activation rates, usage and engagement, and retention across the cards journey. • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), PCI-DSS, and relevant financial regulation (e.g. PSD2) from design through to launch. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate customer problems into shipped, measurable product improvements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, e.g. card issuers/processors and card schemes. • Own the customer experience for card servicing, including freezing/unfreezing cards, replacement, PIN management, and in-app card controls. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on card servicing experiences. • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, including regular reporting on delivery status and product KPIs. • Monitor the competitive landscape of challenger banks, neobanks, and card issuers globally. • Ensure on-time and quality delivery of assigned projects. • Conduct team appraisals, identify training needs, motivate and performance-manage the team in collaboration with the Team Lead. • Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage, and report progress on team delivery activities. • Develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog. • Act as an internal and external product ambassador and point of reference for product-related queries.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital bank, fintech, card issuer, or payments company. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus, not a requirement • Formal certification in product management (e.g. CSPO) is beneficial but not essential • Direct experience owning a card product (debit, credit, or prepaid) end-to-end, including working with card processors/issuers and scheme relationships (Visa/Mastercard). • Track record of shipping customer-facing features in a fast-paced, agile environment, with clear evidence of measurable impact (conversion, activation, NPS, revenue). • Experience operating within a regulated environment, working alongside Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams on product decisions. • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth fintech environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration. • A background in software development would be considered an asset. • Strong product sense: ability to translate customer pain points and business goals into a clear, prioritised roadmap. • Analytical and metrics-driven: comfortable interpreting data, and using it to make and defend product decisions. • Deep understanding of card payment rails, authorisation flows, settlement, and the wider card issuing ecosystem. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence engineering, design, risk, and leadership alike. • Strong commercial acumen understanding of interchange, unit economics, and how card products drive revenue and cost. • User-centred mindset, with experience running user research, usability testing, or working closely with design teams. • Comfortable operating autonomously, owning outcomes rather than outputs, in a culture that values speed and iteration over process. • Knowledge of fraud prevention, dispute management, and chargeback processes is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.
• Relocation support • Health Insurance and fitness allowances • Gym subsidy • Study Leave • Fully paid sponsorship schemes for further studies • Exposure to the very latest technologies • Opportunities for career growth • Variable bonus linked to KPI • Mental Health Package
