📋 Description

• Manages a portfolio of client accounts • Sets strategic direction for large-scale complex projects • Manages all aspects of the agreed upon service levels • Proactively assesses project risks • Secures resourcing for all phases of the project • Drives alignment within client teams • Manages stakeholders’ communication • Partners with client to develop project level communication plans • Accountable for project closing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years of project management, program management or relevant experience • Strong skills in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) • Experience with Virtual Meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Skype for Business) a plus • Extensive knowledge of the project/program management • Program Management Professional (PgMP)® or Project Management Professional (PMP)® certifications preferred but not required.
