📋 Description

• Manage assigned clients' permits, plans, deadlines and open items • Build and run compliance calendars for filings, renewals, inspections and training • Prepare status updates, client-ready deliverables and materials for Senior Project Manager review • Prepare and update Hazardous Materials Business Plans in CERS, including chemical inventories, site maps and emergency plans • Prepare hazardous waste program documents and reports; review manifests and records • Prepare stormwater documents, SWPPPs and SMARTS annual reports; track sampling results against limits • Prepare SPCC plans, air permit applications and renewals, emissions calculations and recordkeeping • Read regulations and agency guidance and summarize facility-specific requirements • Plan and schedule site work with California EHS specialists and field staff • Assign, track and follow up on field tasks, inspections, sampling, photography and data collection • Turn field notes, photos and data into finished client-ready reports • Review drafts from junior and remote team members • Scope tasks, track hours and budgets, and maintain project records in Accelo • Flag deadlines, agency notices and scope-change risks early • Improve processes through templates, checklists, SOPs and automations • Report to the CEO and collaborate with Senior Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years in EHS, environmental, engineering or quality assurance (QA/QC) roles including regulatory or compliance work • At least 2 years of project management experience running projects with deadlines, budgets and several stakeholders • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables • Comfortable using cloud tools and AI assistants for research, drafting and analysis • Experience supporting external clients or internal customers • Hands-on experience preparing permits, plans, regulatory reports, audits or compliance documentation • Ability to read unfamiliar regulations and determine requirements for specific facilities • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, industrial safety or a related field • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines across projects • Reliable home office with stable high-speed internet, backup power or connection plan, and quiet space for video calls • Philippine professional credentials, ISO auditor training, California systems or agency experience, U.S. EHS consulting experience, junior staff supervision, Accelo or similar tools, and AutoCAD or GIS are nice to have
