📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day YouTube sponsorship ad integrations • Send talking points to creators • Review ad reads against brand guidelines • Coordinate revisions • Accurately record creator and sponsor discussions in Airtable • Serve as the point of contact for creators and sponsors on campaigns • Communicate with creators and sponsors warmly, quickly, and honestly • Identify inefficient processes and suggest improvements • Help ensure 60+ monthly ad integrations run smoothly, on brand, and on time • Support creators and sponsors throughout campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Remote, based in the Philippines • Must be able to work US 9AM - 6PM US Hours • 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields • Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience preferred • Strong Project Management, Customer Service, or Operations experience • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Must respond to Sponsors & Creators quickly and effectively with the right information • Must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling a client for important matters • High attention to detail • Honesty, reliability, and long-term relationship focus • Tech savviness and quick, effective computer use • Experience or ability to use Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, and Google Sheets • Critical thinking and independent decision-making • Ability to work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts • Positive, energetic team-player attitude
