📋 Description

• Manage people, tasks, and external resources for assigned projects within defined tolerances • Ensure project teams are appropriately defined and staffed and that required internal and external services are obtained • Work directly in ITSM/ticketing platforms to track tickets, monitor SLA compliance, and escalate issues • Support Help Desk and managed services engagements alongside discrete project work • Comply with System Development/Project Life Cycle, Change Management, Regulatory, and applicable compliance requirements • Oversee analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications and systems • Communicate project progress, concerns, and issues to users, IT, and senior-level management • Manage stakeholder expectations • Define and document project requirements and objectives • Establish, build, and update project plans with actuals and forecasts • Manage plan deviations and identify and manage project risks • Act as primary liaison between the IT division and stakeholders • Maintain project and task tracking in ClickUp and Clockify • Deliver clear and convincing oral and written presentations • Perform other duties as needed by the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, including exposure to IT Service Management or managed services environments • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices • Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM fundamentals, including incident, problem, change, and service request management • Hands-on experience with an ITSM/ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, HaloPSA, Freshworks, or similar • Comfortable working in ClickUp or a comparable task-tracking tool and Clockify or a comparable time-tracking and forecasting platform • Experience in project budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation • Good business analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong management skills and ability to lead and motivate project teams • Ability to build and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders across business units • Experience supervising matrix teams of associates, contractors, and vendors with various skills and disciplines • Ability to coordinate/participate on multiple projects and service engagements in an organized, efficient, and professional manner • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities using time management and problem-solving skills • Keen attention to detail and focus on task completion • Fully functional and up-to-date computer • Willingness to install next-generation endpoint protection on the work computer • Current resident of the Philippines and able to perform work from there • Willingness to work within US Pacific business hours, approximately 8am–5pm PT, according to the organization's seasonal schedule • Preferred differentiators include multiple industry exposure, PMP certification, agile experience and certification, Six Sigma certification, ITIL Foundation certification, HaloPSA or similar PSA/ITSM tooling experience, managed services/MSP experience, and experience supporting both waterfall projects and recurring managed services within the same portfolio
