📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the IAM program in support of a CDW customer, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and/or Enterprise Services Center (ESC) Program Manager to address issues, risks, and contract-related matters • Lead IAM initiatives, providing direction and oversight for program scope, schedule, budget, and performance • Ensure all program deliverables, reports, and contract-required documentation are completed accurately and delivered on time • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support contract requirements, including recruiting, onboarding, and filling vacancies within specified timeframes • Attend and actively participate in meetings related to contract performance, status reviews, and customer engagements as required by the CO • Apply strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure program success • Manage projects of significant scope and complexity consistent with the magnitude of the contract.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience OR, 9 years of project management experience • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or projects of similar size and scope • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Experience leading or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs, a plus • Experience supporting ISC (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) or SailPoint Identity Now programs, a plus • Prior experience working with Government customers and contract-based environments, a plus.
