📋 Description

• Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including security assessments, and incident response services. • Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales. • Analyze technical and competitive considerations, defining actions to meet customer expectations in the sales cycle. • Maintain strategic relationships with Sales & Delivery management. • Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of solutions. • Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for other SSAs. • Uncover strategic and emerging business opportunities in collaboration with sales, partners, and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum of five years in technical pre-sales or post-sale delivery. • Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance. • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Proficient in Sales Force is a plus. • An SSA should possess domain expertise, understand industry-specific challenges, regulations, and best practices. • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the Threat and Vulnerability market. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial in this role. • Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven project management skills. • Ability to design comprehensive solutions and strong problem-solving skills. • Passion for continuous learning and adaptability. • Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual bonus target of $35,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan.
