📋 Description
• Preliminary review and initial legal assessment of incoming claims and debt-collection matters • Preparation of decision papers on outstanding legal questions • Support with contractual and claims-related legal matters in day-to-day operations • Close coordination with management regarding open and unresolved cases • Future involvement in legal issues related to digital products and coaching services
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a legal assistant / paralegal or a comparable commercial qualification with experience in a legal environment • Ideally, initial experience with debt collection/receivables management or contract law • Proactivity and personal responsibility • Solution-oriented approach and positive energy • Hands-on mindset • Willingness to learn and quick to grasp new information
