⢠Preliminary review of receivables/claims and initial legal assessment of incoming claims ⢠Preparation of decision briefs on unresolved legal issues ⢠Support with contract and receivables-related matters in day-to-day operations ⢠Close coordination with management on open and unresolved cases ⢠Opportunity to contribute to legal matters related to digital products and coaching services ⢠Collaboration with a motivated team in an innovative marketing agency
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed vocational training as a legal assistant/paralegal or a comparable commercial qualification with experience in a legal environment ⢠Ideally some exposure to receivables/claims management or contract law ⢠Proactivity and ability to take responsibility for tasks ⢠Solution-oriented mindset and positive energy ⢠Hands-on mindset ⢠Willingness to learn and quick comprehension skills
