📋 Description
• Preliminary review of receivables/claims: initial legal assessment and evaluation of incoming cases • Preparation of decision memos on outstanding legal questions • Support with contract- and receivables-related matters in day-to-day operations • Close coordination with management on open and unresolved cases • Future involvement in legal questions concerning digital products and coaching offerings
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a legal assistant/legal secretary or a comparable commercial qualification with experience in a legal environment • Ideally, initial experience with receivables/collections management or contract law • Initiative and ability to work independently • Solution-oriented mindset and positive energy • Hands-on mindset • Eagerness to learn and quick grasp of new concepts
