📋 Description

• Monitor and identify credit risks • Operate in compliance with established processes and procedures • Contribute to the management of metrics and SLAs • Identify and propose improvements to policies and processes • Maintain good working relationships with the management team and partner areas • Communicate clearly, concisely, courteously, and respectfully with partners and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Credit Strategy/Policy, Collections, and/or Management Information • University degree completed or in progress • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience working with SQL databases
