📋 Description

• Analyze inventory policy (on-hand, cycle stock, safety stock) weekly and identify which variables have changed in order to provide adjustment inputs for these parameters; • Analyze replenishment demand, understand and challenge variables through inventory accuracy; • Generate the Consensus Demand Plan, challenging commercial and operational assumptions and quantifying risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy; • Follow up on decisions and Action Plans, ensuring execution and closure of the planning cycle; • Collect, organize and process data from databases and systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information used in analyses; • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); • Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify opportunities to improve inventory policy processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; • Experience with Power BI, data modeling, ETL and SQL; • Experience in S&OP and distribution systems; • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence and/or logistics planning activities.
