📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of network planning capabilities and AiOPS initiatives • Lead Network Digital Twin projects for improved accuracy and efficiency • Manage and mentor a small team in the Network Design application space • Set objectives and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies • Explore partnerships and support sales engineering workflows • Collaborate with internal teams like Hardware and Navigator development • Promote innovative solutions and foster experimentation • Use metrics to inform strategies and refine products • Represent the product line at industry events and stay ahead of trends

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in product line management, particularly in Telco software applications • Expertise in AiOPS, Network Design, and IP/Optical transport technologies • Proven track record of bringing software applications to market • Experience executing AiOPS and Network Digital Twin initiatives • Experience managing and mentoring a small team • Ability to set objectives, performance metrics, and deliver roadmap milestones • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-centric approach • Ability to foster innovation and make data-driven decisions • Strategic thinker and problem-solver • Adaptable in ambiguous situations
