📋 Description
• Review humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918. • Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence. • Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations. • Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review. • Monitor case progress and maintain accurate documentation within case management systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English (C1) • Experience handling U-Visa (I-918) immigration cases. • Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
