• Experience: 6+ years in sales and people management within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with DSD networks and distributor performance management • Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools • Knowledge of retail execution, merchandising, and market activation strategies • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory • Valid U.S. driver’s license; clean driving record required
