📋 Description

• Shape the pipeline integrity roadmap with Product Management and Software Engineering • Define problems, user stories, acceptance criteria and release validation • Translate API 1160, ASME B31.8S, ASME B31.8 and equivalent regulations into functional requirements • Author and review technical specifications, calculation logic and product documentation • Verify product behavior against real pipeline data • Bring operator perspectives into design reviews, prototypes and usability sessions • Collaborate with Mechanical Static Integrity, Reliability and Functional Safety disciplines • Lead business process review workshops and map customer integrity processes onto the platform • Guide implementation, configuration and data migration projects with Customer Success and Delivery • Deliver software tool and business process training and awareness sessions • Support inspection and ILI planning, anomaly management, corrosion assessments, fitness for service, degradation management, risk-based assessments and repair decision-making • Address complex technical questions after go-live and feed recurring patterns into the product roadmap • Define maturity benchmarks, adoption measures and customer outcomes • Represent Cenosco at conferences, user groups, standards committees and industry working groups • Publish technical articles, white papers, webinars and customer case studies • Support sales and pre-sales through demonstrations, technical deep-dives and proposal input • Train colleagues across Product, Delivery and Commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, preferably with a background in Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Petrochemicals • Operator-side knowledge, with first-hand accountability for pipeline integrity decisions • Working command of pipeline integrity management practice, including threat identification, risk assessment, inspection and ILI planning, ILI data interpretation, and anomaly assessment • Fitness for service assessment experience using ASME B31G, RSTRENG and API 579 • Understanding of pipeline degradation mechanisms and mitigation/monitoring, including cathodic protection, coatings, chemical treatment and above-ground survey techniques • Familiarity with AIM or APM tools and digital integrity solutions • Comfort working with data, including its quality, structure and limitations • Strong affinity towards AI, ML and advanced technologies • Some exposure to or curiosity about software and digitalization in engineering processes • Willingness to work in short cycles with product managers and developers • Strong communication skills with engineers and executives • Ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment • Master's degree in pipeline engineering or related engineering discipline is preferred • Chartered or Professional Engineer status is preferred • Knowledge of pipeline standards and certifications such as ISO, NACE or AMPP is preferred • Experience participating in standards bodies, joint industry projects or industry working groups is preferred • Track record of published papers, conference presentations or webinars is preferred • Experience implementing or owning pipeline integrity software from the customer side is preferred • Experience working with global operators is preferred
